Cancellation & Refund

At Northern, we take great care in processing and delivering each order. As our products are perishable and food-grade, we follow a strict quality and hygiene protocol. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at ceonorthernfoods@gmail.comwith your order number.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:
– The item delivered is incorrect.
– The product is damaged or defective.
– The product is expired or unsealed upon delivery.
If you experience any of the above, please follow these steps:
Email us at ceonorthernfoods@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
Once verified, we will either resend the product or issue a refund, as appropriate.
